Lesson learned – Do not starve yourself or you will not burn as much fat as you could if you start eating the right foods in the right amounts.

I had to laugh at her when she said this because she would watch the rest of her family enjoy a good home cooked meal while she had to eat this rather bland tasting food prepared by some commercial outfit.

So, while some of these diet solution programs on the market are still better than going on a low calorie, low carb or low fat diet, they are still not the best diet program for you to go on.
